Ingredients:-
Tomatoes-3 (ripe)
Rice- 1 cup
Toor dal-2 tbsp (kandipappu)
Dry red chillis-2
salt to taste
sugar- 2tbsp (or) jaggery (belam)
Water-1 cup
Onion-1 chopped
Procedure:-
1-First soak the toor dal and rice for 2-3 hours.
2-Now make a batter by blending or grinding tomato chopped, soaked rice and dal , dry red chilli and salt.
3-Now take a dosa pan heat it and spread little oil and spread the dosa batter on it and remove when it turns into golden colour..
4.Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
