Ingredients:-
chicken-1 lb
yogurt- 1/4 cup (curd )
cashew powder-1 tbsp (kaju)
oil-1/2 cup
saffron- 1/2 tbsp
raw cream- 4 tbsp
food colour -1/4 tbsp( red)
fenugreek seeds- 2 tbsp
dry red chillis-4 count
onion -1 large
kasturi methi -2 tbsp
tomato-1
milk powder- 1 tbsp
Masala for paste:-
Large onion-1
tomato-1
salt to taste-1 tbsp
garam masala- 1 tbsp
chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
garlic-1/2 tbsp chopped
ginger- 1/2 tbsp chopped
coriander powder-2 tbsp
zeera powder-1 tbsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Procedure:-
1-First make a fine paste of the masala ingredients and keep side.
2-Now take a bowl add curd, cashew nut powder, saffron, kasturi methi and milk powder and set aside.
3-Now take a pan add oil when the oil is heat add dry red chilli and then fry onions then add the masala paste and fry until the oil comes out.
4-Now add the chicken and fry for 5 more min and add 1/2 cup of water to it and cover the lid. Let it cook for 5 min in medium flame.
5-Now add the mixture which we added in curd now fry it until the gravy thickens. When the chicken cooks well its ready to eat.
