Healthy chicken wraps




Ingredients:-

Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
Tomato hot n sweet ketchup - 2 tbsp
Chicken - boneless n skinless cut into thin pieces
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

For stuffing wraps:-

Onion - thinly sliced 1/ 2
Lettuce - thinly sliced 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1/2 sliced without seeds
cucumber - 1/4 cup thinely sliced
Cilantro chopped
sesame seeds

For dressing in a bowl add
vinegar - 2 tsp
soy sauce - 2 tsp
water - 3tbsp
salt n sugar a pinch
pepper - 1/4 tbsp

mix all these together in a bowl and add the vegetables which are chopped and mix well and keep aside.

Now add salt n pepper in chicken and let it sit for 15 min then in a pan add tbsp of oil and cook it both the sides and keep aside. Now chicken n veggies are ready to stuff.

Now lets make the roti base. knead the flour by adding salt n water like a chapathi dough and let it sit for a while. Now again knead it and take a boll size dough and start rolling it with rolling pin and should be little bigger than chapathi because we need to stuff in it. Now heat the pan and fry this chapathos on higher flame make it fast or they may burn. now start stuffing. First in a plate place the chapathi take a lettuce leaf place it first on top add chicken then the veggies then ketchup then fold both the edges and start folding one side then squeeze on and roll to the other end . Now turn it and cut in the center and ebjoy the rolls.

Egg drop soup


Ingredients:-

Egg - 2 beaten
Carrot - 1/4 cup chopped
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
Chicken/vegetable stock - 2 cups
Corn starch - 3 tbsp (add water to it and mix it n keep aside)
Salt to taste
Pepper -1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 1/2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Olive oil/ vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

Procedure :-

1-First take the wok add oil once the oil heated up add the veggies and fry for a min or so then add the stock and salt n pepper and let it boil then add the beaten up egg n simultaneously keep on stirring while adding or else it will not combined properly in soup n stay as big chunks.
2-Now add the corn starch mixture and mix finally add the soya sauce n vinegar.

serve it as a healthy snack or starter....

Tomato Soup



Ingredients:-

Fresh Tomatoes - 2  or canned tomatoes
Onion - 1 small chopped
Capsicum - 1/2 chopped
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Basil leaves dry - 2 tbsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Butter - 2 tbsp
All purpose flour - 1 1/2 tbsp for thickening

Procedure:-


1-First take a pan add butter melt it then add the cumin seeds, add onions and capsicum. When they r cooked add the chopped tomatoes and dry basil leaves to it.
2-Cook them until they turn into paste.
3-Now cool it and blend it.
4-Now filter the paste by adding water needed to it according to consistency.

5-Then in a pan add butter and  add the all purpose flour and mix well it starts to turn brown slightly then add this tomato puree to it by adding little by little stirring continuously so that  lumps will not form.
6-Slowly it starts thickening and soup is ready to serve.

American Corn Soup

Ingredients:-


corn seeds- 2 cups
Water- 3 cups
Clove- 1
Ghee- 1/2 tbsp
Corn flour- 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper- 1/4 tbsp
Sugar- 1/4 tbsp

Procedure:-

1-First take a blender add 1 1/2  cup of corn to it and make a fine paste by adding little water.
2-Now take a pan add ghee to it and add the corn paste and fry well until the raw smell disappears.

3-Now add 3 cups of water to it and add 1 clove and boil it until it creates bubbles. Now add the salt, pepper and sugar.
4-Now take a bowl add corn flour and water and add this mixture to the soup by stirring the soup continuously until it is little thick.

5-Now add the left over corn on the top before serving the soup.

This is the best starter soup very easy to prepare and also takes very less time.

Chicken soup(starter)

Chicken soup
Ingredients:-


Boneless chicken-1/2 cup (cut into small pieces)
Corn flour-2 tbsp (this is used according to the thickness of the quantity)
Salt to taste
Sugar-1/2 tbsp
Water-2 cups
Corns-1/4 cup(frozen)
Egg-1(beaten properly)
Lavang-1
Cardamom-1
Milk-1/4 cup


Procedure:-


1)First wash and cut the chicken into small chops.


2)Take a pressure cooker add the 2 cups of water , lavang, cardamom , salt a pinch , chicken and close the lid. Let  it cook until 5  to 6 vessels.


3)Now open the lid add the milk , sugar, salt , corns  and mix properly.


4)Take a empty bowl add 2 tbsp of  cornflour and mix it in water in thick consist.


5)Now take the beaten egg and keep on adding and stirring it. It forms like egg drop.

6)After that add the corn flour which we prepared in a bowl by adding water add this in to soup .When u start adding this the soup starts thickening .


7)Allow the soup to thicken. Too thick or too thin change the taste of soup .It should be in medium consistent.
8)If u think the soup is not thick then u can add some more corn flour.
Garnish with pepper. You can also add vinegar, chilli sauce and tomato sauce also for extra taste before serving....
