Akki roti


Ingredients:-


Rice flour - 1  1/2 cup
Green chili chopped - 2
Curry leaves chopped- 2 tbsp
Cilantro chopped - 2 tbsp
Onion chopped - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Coconut shredded - 2 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
carrot shredded  - 1/2 cup
Warm water to mix accordingly
Oil as needed for frying

Procedure:-

1-First take a bowl add all the ingredients together and mix it first then add warm water as needed and mix slowly. Dont add too much water the dough must not be  thin it should be like chapathi dough.

2-Now take a pan heat it simultenously do these rotis with help of hand by using a plastic cover or aliminium foil. I have the puranpoli sheet so i used that.
3-So now place the sheet on a plate or any flat surface apply oil to it so it does not sticks. Then a ball size dough place it on the sheet and start pressing from inwards to outwards in a flat way and then flip that sheet on to the stove and fry it by appling oil on both sides.
 
 

4-Fry until golden brown n serve with pickles.
