Ingredients:-
For Dal:-
Moong dal - 1/4 cup
Chana dal - 1/4 cup
Toor dal - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1/2 cup finely chopped
Tomato - 1/2 cup finely chopped
Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tbsp
Chili powder - 1/4 tbsp
salt to taste
For Tadka:-
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cilantro chopped
Green chili - 3 chopped
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Hing a pinch
Procedure:-
1-First add all the dals in a bowl rinse them with cold water and soak them for 10 min. Then in a pressure cooker cook it until it is perfectly cooked. wen the pressure removes take the dal and smash it.
2-Now in a wok add oil fry onions and then add the dal and spices and mix well add water and bring it to boil. Then add tomatoes and let it cook for 1 more min.
3-Now in another wok add ghee and all the tadka ingredients one by one and fry for a min or so and then add it on dal and mix and serve hot with rice or roti.
