Ingredients:-
Semi sweet chocolate chips/bar - 4oz
All purpose flour - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Eggs - 2
Butter - 4 tbsp
Baking bowls
Procedure:-
1-First take the chocolate chips and butter in a bowl and melt the chocolate chips in double broiler . As shown below.
2-In another bowl add eggs n sugar and beat them until the eggs are fluffy .
3-Now mix the chocolate batter and all purpose flour in the bowl all together and mix well without forming any lumps.
4-Now spread butter in the baking bowls so the cake does not stick ..
5-Now fill the mixture in bowls and place in a baking sheet and keep in the preheated oven for 10-12 min at 400 degree Fahrenheit .
6-After baking remove from oven immediately or else it over cooks due to heat.
7-Leave it for 10 min so it cools little bit. Now just touch the edges with knife and place a plate on the bowl and turn it upside down.
Here you go the melting cake is ready to melt in your mouth.
Note:- U can even freeze it and heat it before u serve.
Serve with vanilla ice cream yummy.....
