Ingredients:-
Kohlrabi- 1 (Peeled and chopped)
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Zeera- 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves- 5 count
Urad dal- very little
Dry red chili - 3 pieces
Salt to taste
Turmeric- A pinch
Procedure:-
1-First take a pan add oil heat it then add the mustard seeds, zeera, red chilli, curry leaves, urad dal and saute them. Then add the kohlrabi pieces , salt and saute them well.
2-Now close the lid and cook in simmer for 6 - 7 min.
3-Now add a pinch turmeric and mix well. when it is cooked well off the stove and serve with rice.
