Carrot rice by harikas kitchen |
Ingredients:-
Boiled rice- 2 cups
Green chillis- 2 sliced
Onion- 1 chopped
Carrot- 11/2 grated finely
Mustard seeds- 1 tbsp
Zeera - 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves- 4 count
Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tbsp
Split urad dal- 1tbsp
Hing- a pinch
Salt required
Procedure:-
1-First take a pan and add oil heat it then add mustard seeds, zeera, green chillis ,split urad dal, curry leaves, hing and fry for a mim then add the onions and fry well then add ginger garlic paste and fry until brown colour.
2-Then add the grated carrot and saute for a min and then add the rice and salt and mix well and serve hot as lunch or dinner.
This recipe is very easy and tasty also and carrot is also good for health. Try this at your home.
