Ingredients:-
Broccoli- 1 cup washed and cut into medium size
Cauli flower- 1 cup
Potato- 1 cup (peeled and cut)
Tomato - 1 cup finely chopped
Fresh cilantro chopped- 1/2 cup
Onion- 1 large sliced
Green chillis- 3 sliced
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Curry leaves- 5 count
Dhaniya powder- 1/2 tbsp(coriander powder)
Zerra powder- 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric- 1/4 tbsp
Chicken masala- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder- 1/4 tbsp
Chick peas- 1/2 cup optional
Procedure:-
1-First take pan or wok add oil heat it and add green chillis, curry leaves and onions and fry then until golden colour. Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry well then add tomato and cook until they turn into paste.
2-Now add the salt, chicken masala, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, zeera powder, turmeric and mix well.
3-Add the chopped and cleaned vegetables all together potato, cauliflower and broccoli and mix fry them for 2-3 min and then add cilantro and water required to biol and close the lid and cook in simmer.
4-Now keep on checking so the cauli flower does not turn into paste.
5-Now garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or chapathi.
