Ingredients:-
Semiya-2 cups (boiled and drained)
Water-5 cups
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Carrot-1 chopped
Potato-1/2 chopped
Onion- 1/2 chopped
Green peas-1/2 cup
Coriander leaves- fine paste 5 tbsp
Ghee-1 tbsp
Oil
Salt to taste
Green chillis-3 sliced
Curry leaves-5 count
Procedure:-
1-First boil the semiya in 5 cups of water by adding 1 tbsp of oil and little salt. It should be cooked but not more because the semiya becomes paste when u cook more. After boiling it filter it and keep under cold water so the semiya separates well.Now drain the whole water and keep aside.
2-Now take a pan add oil heat it then add onions and gingergarlic paste and fry then add curry leaves, green chillis, carrot, potato and peas and fry until they are cooked properly.
3-Now add coriander paste and fry well then add salt, garam masala and semiya and mix well. At last add little ghee and serve hot as break fast item.
