Rice With Curry leaves(Karepaku rice)

Ingredients:-

Curry leaves-1 bunch (karepaku)
Ghee-1 tbsp
Mustard seeds-1tbsp
Green chillis-2 sliced
Cinnamon stick -1 inch piece
Cloves-3 (lavang)
Cardamoms-3 (yalak)
Shah zira-1/2 tbsp
Onion- 1 chopped into small pieces
Rice- 1 1/2 cup (washed)
Oil
Cashew-optional
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Water-3 cups
Lemon- 3 tbsp


Procedure:-

1-Take a pan add oil for deep fry heat the oil with in that clean the leaves without any water.Then fry them in the oil .When they cool of make it into powder.
2-Now take a pan add ghee then add mustard seeds, green chillis, cinnamon, cloves, shahzira, cardamomms, onion and then ginger garlic paste and fry until they turn into brown.
3-Now add the water to it when the water starts boiling  add salt and karepaku powder then add the washed rice to it. Leave it for  7 to 8 min by closing the lid check in between wheather it is cooked or not. Finally garnish with lemon. 

Now your karepaku rice is ready have it as your lunch or dinner when it is hot tastes good.
