Bhaji is a good snack which can be prepared with many vegetables. But here in this recipe i used capsicum and raw banana u can also use potato, spinach, brinjal and cauliflower also.Hope u will enjoy this recipe.
Ingredients:-
Raw banana- 1 (aritikaya) peeled and sliced
Capsicum- 1 sliced
Gram flour- 1 cup (besan or chanaga pindi)
Rice flour-1/2 cup (biyan pindi)
Vomu- a pinch
Zeera- 1 tbsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tbsp
Hot oil- 3 tbsp
Procedure:-
*First peel and cut the potato in round shape and then spinach
whole leaf without stems. Now take out the skin of raw banana and
*Now take a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, zeera, vomu and baking
soda. Now by mixing all these in a bowl add the hot oil in it and
mix it properly by adding water in it without lumps in it. The
batter must be thick so that it should stick easily to the
vegetables.
Note: Hot oil is used because the bajji will not suck more oil .
