Ingredients:-
Fish - 1 Thilapia or Cat fish(cleaned and cut into pieces)
Salt to taste
Garlic paste-1 tbsp
Tamarind paste- 1 tbsp
Lime juice-1 tbsp
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander
Oil
For paste:-
Grated coconut- 1 cup
Dry red chillis- 4
Onion -1 fried
Coriander seeds- 1 tbsp(dhaniyalu)
Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp( zeera)
Turmeric powder-1 /4 tbsp
Procedure:-
1-First take a blender make a fine paste of above ingredients.
2-Now take a pan add oil and add the paste and fry it until the oil comes out.
3-Now add the fish to the paste or gravy and mix it carefully.
4-Then add the garlic paste, tamarind paste, lime juice, ghee and salt . And mix it well.
5- Boil the fish in this gravy until the fish cooks properly. Add a cup of water if neccessary.
6-Close the lid and let it cook for 7 -8 min and its ready to eat.
7-Garnish with coriander before you serve.
