Liver Fry


Ingredients:-

Chicken liver- 1/2 lb
Green chili- 3 sliced
Curry leaves- 5
Salt to Taste
Chicken Masala- 1/2 tbsp
Chili powder- 1/4 tbsp

Procedure:-

1-First clean the liver and keep aside.
2-Now take  a pan add oil heat it add green chili, curry leaves and saute well. Now add the liver , salt, chili powder, chicken masala and mix well.

3-Cook them for  2 min and ready to serve have this with paratha/rice and your choice.

  7. I love liver.. This is a great recipe..very simple..I think may be because i use coriander powder and more masala, I destroy the taste of liver.. Will try it your way..
