These rolls tastes just amazing just like street style road side food...
Ingredients:-
Marination form chicken:-
chicken - 1 lb
salt to taste
lime juice- 1/2
chicken masala- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Red chili powder- 1 tbsp
Paprika powder - 1 tbsp
onions - 1 medium sliced thinly
oil as required
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate it for 20 min.
Ingredients for parathas:-
All purpose flour- 1 1/2 cup
salt -1/4 tbsp
oil - 1 tbsp
sugar- 1 tbsp
water as required
In a bowl add the flour make a well add the oil, salt and sugar and mix well until well combined. Then add the water slowly and make a soft dough and knead it for 5 min and spread oil on top to avoid drying and cover the lid and let it rest for 30 min aside.
In the mean while lets prepare the chicken stuffing. Take a pan add oil and add onions once they turn soft add the marinated chicken and cook without adding any water to it. close the lid and cook in low to medium flame. keep mixing in between and cook until the chicken is cooked well and the water is totally disappeared. Once the chicken is cooked lets add a tandoori flavor to our chicken by placing a coal pit in the center and add 2 tbsp of ghee and close the tight lid so the smoke circulates inside and gives you the smoky and tandoori flavor to our chicken. This enhances the taste much more to your chicken.
Now lets make parathas. start kneading the dough for a min or so and then make equal size bolls and start rolling them and then spread oil on top and also sprinkle the flour and cut in the center and roll it like a cone shape and press on the center as shown in the video and roll it again. This brings the flaky texture on your parathas. Then fry them on the pan on both sides by adding some oil until golden color.
Now whisk a add add salt and spread on the pan and place the cooked Parathas on top of the egg and flip it.
Ingredients for filling:-
chicken
lettuce
chat masala
lime juice
onions
wax paper
Now spread ketchup on top of the egg and place chicken, lettuce, onions and sprinkle chat masala on top and roll it tight with the help of the wax paper or aluminium foil and enjoy the rolls.....

Ingredients:-

Salmon fish - cut into pieces
Lemon juice - 1/2 slice
Salt to taste
Cilantro/coriander leaves - 1/4 cup chopped finely
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup chopped finely
Curry leaves - 10 count chopped finely
Chili powder - 1/2 tbsp according to your spice levels
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Fish masala - 1 tbsp (Any brand is fine. I used MDH brand)
Curd/Yogurt - 1/2 cup (or 4 tbsp)

Method:-

Take a bowl add all the above ingredients excluding fish and mix them properly check the spice levels and salt. It should be in little bit higher level in spices because we need to marinate the fish in that mixture so when the fish sucks the juices in marination process it will be adjusted .

Now add the fish in that mixture and let it sit in that mixture for about 40 mins or an hour if you have time. And remember make sure you make the marination process in the refrigerator so the masala sits on the fish.

Now time to cook them. Take a wide pan and add 2 tbsp of oil and cook the fish in a low flame until its cooked both the sides and inside the fish. Serve it with rice or as an starters . It goes well in either way. Enjoy.
