Here r the recipes that i am sending to this event. I am reposting them
Green Pepper- 1/4 chopped
Red pepper- 1/4 chopped
Onion- 1/4 chopped
Green chili- 2 chopped
Tomato- 1/4 chopped
Mush room- Optional
Broccolli - optional
Cheese- 1/4 cup
Milk- 1/4 cup
Salt To Taste
Oil to fry
1-First break the eggs and add them in bowl then add milk, salt and whisk it fine.
2-Now take a pan heat it low to medium heat. Spread oil and pour some egg batter on it and spread all these veggies and cheese on it as desired and cook it until it is golden color.
3-If desired turn over the other side carefully and cook it for a min and serve hot.
This is an yummy break fast and also a time saver for working people. Have fun enjoy the dish.
Pineapple- 1 cup chopped
Apple- 1 cup chopped
Grapes- 1/2 cup
Straw berries- 1/2 cup chopped
Orange- peeled and cut into halves
Black salt- 1/2 tbsp
Salt- 1/4 tbsp
Pepper- 1 tbsp
1-First take a bowl add all the chopped fruits and add salt , black salt , pepper and mix well.
2-Now take tooth picks or any size bamboo stick available and insert these fruits into the stick and fry on the frying pan on simmer.
Then these grilled fruits are ready u can also prepare them on griller if u have it. These really tastes good easy to prepare and tasty to eat to. It gives all kinds of different tastes as we mix different kinds of fruits here. as i am using my favorite fruits u can use any fruits u like.
Gongura- 1 large bunch
Zeera- 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds- 1 tbsp
Dry red chillis- 3-4 according to spicy
Garlic- 10 no.
Salt to taste
1-First take a pan and fry zeera, dhaniya and dry red chilli and cool it and make a fine powder and keep it side.
2-Then wash the gongura and chop it and dry it on a dry cloth or tissue. Remove the water.
3-Now take a pan add oil heat it add garlic cloves and fry them when they turn into golden color add gongura and fry it well until the oil appears and now add the grind masala powder , salt required and mix well. Ready to serve with rice.
This chutney also longs last for 10-15 days......really yummy with rice....
Gajar ka Halwa
This halwa is really good and tasty it really melts in your mouth and easy to prepare. I used evaporated milk for this recipe and i dont like dry fruits so i did'nt add them you can add according to your choice.
Carrot- 3 (peeled and grated)
Evaporated milk/condensed milk/Khowa - 1 cup
Sugar- 3 tbsp
Badam - 5-6 count
Kaju/ Cashew - 2 tbsp
Kismiss - 2 tbsp
Pista - 2 tbsp
Ghee- 2 tbsp
1-First take a pan and add the grated carrot and stir fry it and then add little water and boil it until the raw of the carrot goes out well.
2-Now fry until the water disappers or squeez the excess water.
3-Now add the evaporated milk or what ever you use and boil it in that milk until it thickens. While it is in boiling point add tbsp of ghee and sugar stir well until the milk disappears totally.
4-Now in a pan add 1 tbsp of ghee and fry all the dry fruits and keep aside.
5-Now the carrot halwa is ready add all the fried dry fruits and serve.
Guthu Vankaya kurra (Brinjal curry)
Bringal(Egg plant) - 1/2 pound
Onion- 1 large chopped finely
Curry leaves- 5 count
Green chillis- 3 whole
Turmeric- 1/4 tbsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
Guthi vankaya powder- 1 tbsp (optional)
salt to taste
Hing- A pinch
Ingredients for masala:-
Dry red chilis- 3
Zeera- 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds- 2 tbsp
Urad dal- 2 tbsp
Peanuts- 1 small cup
Tamarind- 1 inch piece
Fenu greek seeds- a pinch
Chana dal-2 tbsp
1-Cut the bringal at the center in both the directions for stuffing masala. Keep them in salt water for 5-6 min.
2-Now in pan add all the ingredients of masala accept peanuts and also add salt, turmeric and fry them until golden color and cool it.
3-Now fry peanuts in the same pan and cool them off and then peel them.
4-Now make a fine powder of all these fried ingredients and now in this powder add very little water and mix it this is used for stuffing in brinjal.
5-Now stuff this masala in all the brinjals and keep aside.
6-In a large wok add oil and heat it add hing, green chilis, curry leaves and onions and saute well now add ginger garlic paste and fry until golden color. Add salt and guthi vankaya powder and mix well.
7-Now make a gap at the center of the vessel and arrange the stuffed brinjals and close the lid and cook in simmer flame so they will not burn.
8-When they are cooked add little water for gravy and mix well and cook for 2 more min and its ready to serve.
Grape Juice with Pomegranate
Black Grapes-1 cup
pomegranate- 2 tbsp
Black salt- 1/4 tbsp
1-Take a blender add grapes, sugar and little water to it and blend finely.
2-Now take a sieve and filter the juice. Then convert into a glass.
3-Now add black salt and pomegranate into the juice and drink it.
It is also good for health and also gives glow to your skin.
