Radish- 1 medium size(peeled and cut into small pieces)
Tomato- 1 chopped
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tbsp
Zeera- 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves- 5 count
Red dry chilli pieces- 4
Urad dal- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chicken masala- 1/2 tbsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
1-First wash and peel the radish and cut into small pieces.
2-Now take medium size pan or wok heat oil then add all the tempering ingridients mustard seeds, zeera, red chillis. urad dal, curry leaves and fry well until the mustsrd seeds splutter.
3-Now add the radish pieces and fry well in simmer by closing the lid for 5 min.
4-Now add little water so the curry will not burn and fry for 2 min until it cooks well.
5-Now add the salt, chilli powder, chicken masala and turmeric and mix wellnow dont close the lid cook it by adding the tomato pieces and cook for 5 more min.
6-Ready to eat. Serve with hot rice.
1-By adding tomato we r reducing a kind of bitterness which comes from radish.
