Egg Puff

Puff sheets- 2
Eggs- 3 boiled and peeled
Chat masala- 1/4 tbsp
Pepper- 1 tbsp
Salt- 1/2 tbsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp


1-First place the puff sheets required in room temprature for 15 min by covering a wet cloth or kitchen tissue by making it wet. This wet cloth helps the sheets not to dry and contains moisture.

2-Boil the eggs and cool them then peel and cut into two slices and spread the salt , chat masala, chilli powder  and pepper and keep aside.

3- Now cut the puff sheets into 3 pieces with the help of pizza cutter or knife in a rectangular shape.

4-Now take a nonstick oven resistence tray and apply aliminium foil on it. Now pre heat the oven for 5 min in 350 degrees.

5-Now take a puff sheet strech both the edges and place the egg at the center and close the egg with the help of edges and stick it with the help of water. Prepare the rest in the way and place them on the tray and  let them cook for 7-8 min check it when it turns into golden colour remove them and serve with chilli sauce or tomato sauce.

6-This recipe is very easy process completes within 10-15 min.

I also have one more recipe for this puffs. I usually make this with egg curry masala . Above i have shown u the easiest process you can also make this with the help of veg currymade with potatoes below i will give u the recipe for veg curry and egg masala curry for stuffing in  the puff.

Ingredients for egg curry :-

Eggs- 3 boiled and peeled
Onion- 1 sliced
Green chillis- 2 sliced optional
Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tbsp
Salt required
Chilli powder- 1/4 tbsp
Chicken masala- 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric- 1/4 tbsp


1-First take a pan heat oil then add the onions and saute themtill golden colour now add the ginger garlic paste and fry until it cooks well.
2-Now add the salt , chilli powder, chicken masala, turmeric and mix well then add the sliced egg and mix carefully . Now fry the egg for some time and its ready to eat.
3- Now make the puffs as above procedure or u can make in various process like take the puff sheet strech it carefully and place the egg curry and one edge of the sheet and fold it and press the egde with the help of water so it sticks well.

For potato curry:-

Potato- 2 (boiled ,peeled and smashed)
Green chillis- 2 chopped
Salt required
Onion- 1/2 chopped
Tomato-1/2 chopped
Turmeric- 1/4 tbsp
Chilli powder- 1/ 4 tbsp
Dhaniya powder- 1/2 tbsp
Zeera powder- 1/4 tbsp
Chat masala- 1/4 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped


1-First take a mok or pan add oil heat it then add the onions fry until golden colour now add the green chillis then add tomato and fry until it turns into paste.
2-Now add the salt. turmeric, chilli, chat masala, dhaniya powder, zeera powder and mix well. Then add the potatoes smashed and mix well and let it cook for 2 min. Add coriander leaves and now it is ready to eat.
3-Now follow the same process above to make the sheets.
