Besan- 1 cup
Tamarind juice- 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Water- 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tbsp
Coriander seeds- 1/2 tbsp
Red chillis- 4 pieces
Curry leaves- 5 count
1-Take a pan add oil heat it then add the tempering ingredients and saute well.
2-Now add the besan and fry until golden colour keep on stiring it may burn.
3-Now cool off this mixture and then add the tamarind juice and water required according to the thickness u want.
4-Add salt and mix well taste it if u think salt and tamarind is not sufficient add some more and serve with ravva dosa or wheat dosa tastes good.
1-For tamarind juice- Take 4 inch size of tamarind and soak it in warm water for 8 min and squeez the juice from tamarind or u can also keep in microwave for 50 sec ans cool off and squeez the juice.
2-Dont add water when it is not because it may create bolls and does not gives u good taste.
