Dadhojanam(curd rice)


Cooked Rice- 1 cup
Curd- 1 cup
Salt to taste
Green chillis- 2 chopped
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tbsp
Zeera- 1/2 tbsp
Chana dal- 1 tbsp
Urad dal- 1 tbsp
Curry leaves- 5 count
Lemon- 2 tbsp


1-First take a pan add oil heat it and add mustard seeds, zeera, green chillis, curry leaves, chana dal, urad dal and fry until the mustard seeds splutters.
2-Now in a bowl add rice, curd and the tempering and mix well at last add lemon and coriander leaves and serve it.
