1 1/2 lb tofu cut into cubes
2 onions chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
1 inch ginger chopped
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp masala powder
2 jalopeno peppers cut into cubes or pieces
1 cup water or vegetable stock

Procedure:-
*Take a pan add oil for frying.Then fry the cut tofu in the pan and keep aside.
*Place the onions,garlic,ginger,tomatoes together in another pan by
adding 1 tbsp of oil and cook for 3-4 min until the onions are
softened and golden brown.
