Ingredients:-
Tindora-1/2 lb
Green chillis-3
Tamarind-1 inch piece
Zeera-1 tbsp
Garlic cloves-2
Oil-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Talimpu:-
Mustard seeds-1/2 tbsp
Zeera-1/2 tbsp
Dry red chilli-2 full
Curry leaves-5 count
Split black gram-1 tbsp
Oil-1 tbsp
Procedure:-
1.First clean and cut tindura into pieces and keep aside.
2.Take a pan add little oil, tindura pieces , a pinch salt, garlic, tamarind, zeera , green chillis and fry them properly until the tindura cooks well.
3.Now make a fine paste by adding all these fried ingredients in a blender or mixie.By adding little water.The paste must be thick cosistent.
4.Prepare talimpu for the chutney.Now take a pan add tbsp of oil and add mustard seeds, zeera, black gram, dry red chillis, curry leaves and fry until the mustard seeds starts crackling angd black gram turns into golden colour.
5.Now add this into the chutney and also add salt according to taste and serve with rice.
Never knew we could make chutney with tindora.. healthy..
