Dosa Recipe with wheat flour


Wheat flour-1/2  cup
Rice flour-1 cup
Zeera-1 tbsp
Ginger- 1 inch piece finely ground
Salt  to taste
Chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
curry leaves-3 count finely chopped
Green chillis-2 chopped
Oil required


1.Take a bowl add wheat flour, green chillis,salt, chilli powder, ginger, curry leaves ,rice flour ,zeera and mix them properly by adding water until it looks like the above picture. The batter must be thin in liquid form.
2.Take a  dosa pan heat it spread little oil  then take spoon full of batter and  spread on the panor tawa .
3.Let it cook until crispy and golden colour then remove it from the pan.

 Serve it with  chutney tastes yummy ......This recipe is very easy and does not take much time when u feel bore to cook breakfast or feel hungry in evening make this recipe and have it your hunger will disappear and you also save your time. These are not only easy but also crispy and tasty .You can also add onions for this dosa but spead themon pan before you spread the batter so the onions sticks the dosa well .Even do the same thing for rava dosa also.
