Crab-1 pound
Coconut shredded- 1 cup or frozen
Onion-1 large finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Tomatoes-1 Large chopped
Chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
Khas khas-1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick-1 inch
Cloves -2
Cardamoms-2-3
Turmeric powder-1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves chopped
*First clean the crab and keep aside.
*Now make a fine paste in blender by adding khas
khas , coconut, cardamoms, lavang, cinnamon stick and keep aside.
*Now take a large frying pan add oil then onions pieces and ginger garlic paste and fry
until they turn into golden brown colour.
*Now add the tomatoes and fry them. Then add the blended paste and cook it well. Now add salt,turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix well.
*Then add little water and mix well . Then add crab into the
masala and boil until it cooks .

*Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice its very yummy.
