Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder-1 tbsp
Zeera powder-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Meat masala powder-1 tbsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
Green chillis-3 chopped
Onion-1 large cut into slices
Coconut milk-1 cup
Tomato puree-1 cup
Water-2 to 3 cups
Coriander leaves chopped
Garam masala powder-1/2 tbsp or whole garam masala
*First clean mutton and keep aside.The size of the pieces
of mutton depends on how u eat.
*Now take a pressure cooker and add the chopped
onions, coriander leaves, chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste,
dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, meat masala, zeera
powder, coconut milk, mutton and a 1 1/2 cup of water and close the lid and let
it cook until 7 to 8 vessels.
*Then open the lid and take out the mutton pieces from
the cooker and add tomato puree into it and boil it for a min then
add the mutton pieces into it and cook it for 1 more minute .
*Thickness of gravy depends on how u eat.Then garnish it with coriander ,cucumber
