Chicken Roll

This chicken roll is made of all purpose flour . It is very easy and we can make it in home by ourshelves.In india i used to eat lot of road side junk and thought of preparing in  home. But now i am in us we dont find any kind of these foods like india. So that now i started preparing all types of snacks and junk in my home by  myself. So it is hygenic also. If u have kids they will be asking you to eat something at the evenings so     dont think of prepare these type of snacks and offer they will start liking and eat them...Most the people prepare the egg rolls with readymade egg roll wraps.But i am preparing the wraps also by myself. Ofcourse u can use tortillas also.
Yummy chicken roll

Ingredients:-


All purpose flour-1 cup (maida)






Chicken-1 cup (boneless)
Onion-1 small thinly sliced
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Chilli powder-1/4 tbsp
Chicken masala-1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Water
Eggs-2 (Beaten)
Oil


Procedure:-

1-Take a bowl and add 1 cup of flour and mix into a smooth dough by adding water to it and keep aside.
2-Now take another bowl and add the eggs and beat them finely by adding little salt and chilli powder.
3-Take another pan add 1 tbsp of oil and fry onions and ginger garlic paste. Then add the salt, chicken masala, turmeric, chilli powder and mix well. Then add chicken and let it cook for 6-7 min.
4-Add little water so the curry will not burn.The curry must be totally dry.

5-Now take the knead or dough and make them equal size bolls and roll them like chapathi and keep aside.
6-Now take a pan add little oil and fry the rolled chapathi both the sides and keep aside. Now on the same pan add little oil and  pour the beaten egg liquid and when it is half boiled take the rolled chapathi and  place it on the half cooked omlet and turn it carefully.
7-Cook both the sides and remove it.
8-Now apply the tomato sauce lightly on the omlet side surface and then add the curry at the center and place a tissue  at the edge and roll it slowly.
9-Fold at the any edge of the roll and have it.
10-U can also add the chilli sauce at the top of the curry before rolling it.


Instead of chicken u can use any kind of meat also if you are not the non veg fan u can also use vegetable curries for stuffing.And prepare in the same process.
