Moong dal-1 cup
Toor dal-1/2 cup
clove- 1 (lavang)
Garlic cloves- 3-4
Ghee- 1tbsp
Garam Masala-1/4 tbsp
Mustard seed -1 tbsp
Green chillis-2  chopped
Tomato-1 finely chopped
Red chilli pieces-3-4
zeera-1 tbsp
Curry leaves- 5 count
Dhaniya powder- 1tbsp
Zeera powder- 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Kasturi methi- 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped
Lemon-3 tbsp


1-First boil both the toor dal and moong dal in a pressure cooker and also add cardamom , clove, and garlic cloves and boil it until 7-8 vessels.
2-Then take a large pan add tbsp of ghee  and and add mustard seeds, zeera,green chillis, red chillis, curry leaves and fry them.Then add the dal in it and add 2 cups of water and mix well.
3-Now add salt, dhaniya powder, zeera powder, garam masala  and mix  well.
4-Now add tomatoes and boil the dal .
5-Add kasturi methi and coriander leaves and boil for 1 more min.
6-Now add the lemon before u eat and serve hot with rice or chapathi.
