Tamarind-juice(take out juice from tamarind. pulp is not needed. Boil the tamarind water until it becomes little thick. Add little sugar in it and boil)

*First boil the potatoes, peal them and mash them. Add salt, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, zeera powder, am chor, coriander leaves to mashed potato and mix it properly and keep the mix aside.
