Carrot Rice


Ingredients:-

Rice - cooked 2 cups
Carrot - 1 shredded
Onion - 1 small chopped
Chat masala - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tbsp
Chicken masala - 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste

For Tempering:-

Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Zeera - 1/4 tbsp
Chana dal - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 5 count
Green chili - 3
Oil for cooking

Procedure:-

1-First take a wok then add oil when its hot then add tempering ingredients and add carrot fry it for a min or so
2-Now add rice and all the dry spices and mix properly and serve hot.
