Gongura Mutton


Mutton - 1 lb
Fresh Gongura - 1 cup (without stems)
Onion chopped - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
Chicken masala - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Chili powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil  for cooking


1-Take the mutton clean it and keep it aside.
2-Now take a pressure cooker add little oil heat it and add mutton and all the dry spices and mix and add 1/2 cup water and close the lid and let it cook until 4-5 vessels.
3-Let the pressure cool down. once the lid is opened.
4-Take a wok add oil heat it add onions and fry till golden brown and add ginger garlic paste fry for some more time then add gongura leaves until the oil comes out.
5-Then add the cooked mutton and fry for 2-3 min and then add garam masala and 1/2 cup water to it and boil for 5 more min. Its ready .
