Egg Tikkis


Eggs boiled - 3 (Need to peel and grate)
Corn flour - For binding - 3 tbsp or so accordingly
Onion - 1 small finely chopped
Cilantro/ coriander leaves - finely chopped
Mint leaves - finely chopped
Salt to taste
Chat masala - 1/2 tbsp
Green chili - 3 chopped
Aam choor powder - 1/4 tbsp
chili powder - 1/4 tbsp
Oil to pan fry


1-First take the eggs and grate them. Then in a bowl mix all the ingredients together.
2-Now take the mixture  and make round shape or any shape u like.
3-Then fry all the tikkis on a pan by adding little oil and fry until golden brown and serve hot.
