Egg Rice


Eggs - 3
Basmati rice/sona masoori  cooked - 1 1/2 cups raw rice
Green chili's - 3 slit
Curry leaves - 6 count
Cardamoms - 2
Cloves- 2
Biryani leaf - 1
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Chicken masala - 1 tbsp
Onion diced - 1 medium
China salt - 1/4 tbsp optional
Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Oil required
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves finely chopped


1-First take a wok and add oil and add the whole garam masala ingredients,green chili and curry leaves and let it cook for a min or so.
2-Now add the onions and fry for a min and then add ginger garlic paste and for for 1 more min.
3-Now add all the spices except pepper and then add egg and mix properly until cooked . Dont over cook egg it may become hard.
4-Then add the rice and mix well.
5-Now finally add the pepper and coriander leaves on top and mix well.
