Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt to taste- 1ess then 1/4
oil - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/4 tbsp
Water to Knead
1-Take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well into a smooth dough.
2-Rest it by closing lid for 15 min.
3-Then divide into equal size bolls and roll them equally by using flour to avoid sticking to the rolling pin.
4-Now fry them a little on the sides in a pan and keep aside.
5-Then place them in toaster and toast them in medium heat or 2.5 level. They really comes out well with fluffy and soft texture.
