Tomato Dal (Tomato pappu)



Ingredients:-

Toor dal- 1 cup
Tomato- 2 small
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tbsp
Zeera- 1 tbsp
Dry red chili-  4 pieces
Green chili- 2 chopped
Curry leaves-  5 count
Garlic cloves- 3 -4 sliced

Procedure:-

1-First wash the dal and boil the dal by placing the tomatoes , required water and boil in a cooker.

2-Now mix it properly so the cooked tomato smashes well. Use egg beater or a spatula.

3-Now take a pan add oil and rest of the ingredients and fry well now add the cooked dal and salt mix well boil for 5 more min by closing the lid and serve hot with rice.
