This sponge cake is very fluffy and soft. It is really tasty trust me i tried this today for the first time and it came perfectly. I am really so happy. I always make cake with the instant mix but by thinking after and after i thought of making it by myself. So at last i tried it today and wanted to share with all of u. For this cake we need to whisk the egg whites i made it with my hand whisk and it approximately took 15-20 min for me to whisk it. So its better to use at least the hand machine.
At last friends i made it.........
Ingredients:-
Eggs- 6
All purpose flour(maida)- 1 cup (I have taken rice cooker cup for measurements)
Baking powder- 1/2 tbsp
Sugar- 1 cup (same cup)
Butter- 2 tbsp
Procedure:-
1-First take a large vessel and separate the egg whites in it and then in other bowl add the yolks.
2-Now whisk the egg white mixture in to a fine foam it should be stiff and when u turn the bowl upside down the mixture should not fall. That is the correct consistency of the mixture.
4-Now in a bowl add all purpose flour and baking powder and mix well.
5-Now take 2 tbsp of butter and heat it after melting keep aside.
6-Now in the egg white mixture add the yolk mixture and the all purpose flour, butter and take a flat spatula and just turn it around and around until the mixture mixes well. Don't whisk it or mix it just slowly we should turn the spatula and it mixes well.
8-Now on the conventional oven and place the cake for 22 min in 375degrees and bake it.
