Chicken- 1 kg
Curd- 1/2 cup
Dry red chili paste- 2 tbsp
Salt to Taste
Corn flour- 1/2 cup
Red Food color- a pinch (optional)
Oil for deep fry
1- First take the chicken clean it and add curd, chili paste , egg ,salt and mix well and marinate it in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
2- Then add the corn flour so it forms a layer on the chicken and gives crispy taste. Mix it well .
3-Now take a pan add oil for deep fry and heat it and fry the chicken pieces till they cook well in medium flame.
4-Now its ready to serve hot as a snack.
