Chicken- 1/2 lb
Heavy cream /whipping cream- 1 cup
Tomato - 1 chopped
Onion- 1 small chopped
Kasturi methi - 2 tbsp
Turmeric- 1/4 tbsp
Chili powder- 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Cashew- 2 tbsp
Green chili- 2
Butter- 2 tbsp
Red food color- 1/4 tbsp (optional)
Tomato Ketchup- 1tbsp
GInger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Salt To Taste
Oil for shallow fry
1-First clean and cut the chicken and marinate it for 10 min by adding salt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and turmeric and mix well .
2-Now in a pan add oil for shallow fry and heat it and fry chicken and then keep it aside.
3-In the same pan add the cumin seeds in left over oil and fry them then add onion pieces, ginger garlic paste and saute well.
5-Now cool it and blend them into a fine paste.
6-Now in a pan add butter and melt it then add the blended masala and boil well until the oil comes out. Then add little water until it is in medium consistency and boil.
7-Now add food color by mixing in water and mix well.
8-Then add the ketchup mix and then add the cream and mix well.
9-Now its time to add the fried chicken add it and boil for 5 min. If necessary add the salt .
10-Serve hot with puri, chapathi or even with naan the best combo.
