Aloo Paratha



Ingredients:-

Potatoes- 3 boiled
wheat flour - 2 cups
Onion- 1/2 chopped finely
Chili powder- 1/2 tbsp
salt to Taste
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Zeera powder- 1 tbsp
Chat masala- 1/2 tbsp
Cilantro chopped
Sugar a pinch
Water for mixing dough
Oil required

Procedure:-

1-First boil the tomato and peel them then grate the potatoes and keep aside.


2-Now take the  wheat flour and add little salt, oil and a pinch sugar and make a soft dough with the help of water and set aside for 5 min.
3-Now take the grated potato in a bowl and add salt, coriander powder, zeera powder, chili powder, chat masala , onion, cilantro and mix well.

4-Now take the dough and make equal size bolls and also make the equal size bolls of potato masala start rolling them then at the center add the potato masala and close the chapathi dough finely so the masala does not comes out while rolling. Now roll the stuffed chapathi carefully and it should be even.
5-Now Take a frying pan heat it and fry them evenly until golden color. Ready to serve.


The best combination with any chapathi is curd pickle just take a bowl and add any pickle you like and curd  mix it serve it.
