Spinach-1 bunch chopped
Potato-1 cut in small pieces
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tbsp
Dry red chilli pieces-4 to 5
Curry leaves-4 to 5
Urad dal-1 tbsp
Hing powder-a pinch
Salt to taste
*First take spinach clean and cut it.
*Now take a pan and add oil and heat the oil then add mustard
seeds, hing, zeera, red chilli, curry leaves and urad dal.
*Then after frying it properly add potato pieces and fry them
until they r cooked.
*Now add spinach and cook it for 2 min and then add salt into it
and fry it till the water disappears.
*Then spinach potato curry is ready
Serve this with hot rice and it tastes really good.
