Shrimp fried rice


Shrimp- 1/2 lb ( cleaned ,devined and chopped)
Egg- 2 (Beaten)
Salt required
Soya Sauce-2 tbsp
Green peas- 1/2 cup
Onion- 1 chopped
Green onions- 4 chopped (or) spring onions
Green chiilis- 3 sliced
Sprouts- 1/2 cup
Cooked rice- 4 cups
Corn flour- 1 tbsp
Pepper- 11/2 tbsp


1-First cut the shrimp into medium size pieces if small size shrimp then use them as it is.

2-Then take 2 eggs in a bowl and add little salt and chilli powder and beat it properly and keep aside.

3-Now take another bowl and add the shrimp and add 1 tbsp of corn flour , salt  and pepper and keep it aside for 10 min.
4-Now take a pan fry the shrimp by adding 2 tbsp of oil until cooked.

5-Now remove the shrimp. In the same pan add oil and fry the onions , spring onions and green peas until it cooks.

6-Now in the another pan spread oil and add the beaten egg and scramble it. Dont cook excess it hardens the egg . It should be soft. It should be cooked in simmer.

7-Now add the cooked shrimp and egg in the onion pan and mix well all of these and add rice , salt and soya sauce, pepper and mix well.
