Roasted vermicelli Semiya kheer


Roasted semiya- 1/2 packet
Milk- 5 cups
Sugar- 4 1/2 tbsps
Cashew- 2 tbsp
Badam- 4 chopped
dry kismis- 6-7
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder- 1/2 tbsp


1-First take a pan heat it add ghee then fry the semiya in medium flame until brown and then add little more ghee and fry all the dry fruits badam etc and keep aside keep aside.

2-Now take milk in the pan and boil it when it starts boiling add the sugar and boil it then add the semiya and then fried dry fruits and the cardamom powder and mix well and off the stove after a minute and serve hot .
