Puffed rice snack( Marmaralu snack)


Puffed rice- 1/4 packet
Chana dal- 3 tbsp (chanaga pappu)
Green chillis- 3 chopped
Coriander leaves chopped required
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tbsp(avalu)
Zeera - 1/2 tbsp
Peanuts- 3 tbsp (chana gudulu)
Salt required
Turmeric- 1/2 tbs
Ginger- 1 inch piece grated finely


1-First take  a large size pan add oil heat it then add the  peanuts until golden colour and keep aside now in thw same pan add mustard seeds, zeera, ginger, chillis, chanadal, coriander leaves and fry well in simmer until they turn crispy.

2-Now add the turmeric and salt and mix well now add the puffed rice and fry for 2-3 min so they into crispy.

Serve this a snack it tates little bit spicy and gives u different taste we also add ginger which gives u a nice flavour .
