Chicken- 1/2 lb (cut and cleaned)
Onion- 1 chopped finely
Tomatoes- 2 chopped
Green chillis- 3-4 sliced
Ginger- 1 inch piece
Zeera- 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds- 1 tbsp
Turmeric- 1/4 tbsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil- 4 tbsp
Fresh chopped cilantro leaves
1-First take the ginger, zeera and coriander seeds and crush them and keep aside.
2-Now take a pan add oil heat it then add the crushed paste made with ginger, coriander seeds and zeera and fry until golden color. Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a min.
3-Then add the turmeric, chilli powder and salt and mix well then add onions and fry until golden color.
4-Now add the tomatoes and mix it and close the lid and cook in medium flame.
5-No need to add any water. The water from the tomato and chicken helps it to cook.
6-Let it cook until the water disappears totally. Now sprinkle the cilantro and fry for 1 more min and its ready to serve.
