Chicken- 1 1/2 cup (ground chicken)
Onion- 1/2 chopped finely
Cilantro chopped- 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Noodles- 1/2 cup (boiled)
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Zeera powder- 1/2 tbsp
Chicken masala- 1 tbsp
Corn flour- 3 tbsps
Salt to tast
Chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
1-First boil the noodles in water by adding little salt and oil to it and place it under the running water so it stays separate.
2-Now take the boneless chicken and blend it so it becomes a fine paste or you can also prepare by ground turkey which we get in walmart.
3-Now add the ground chicken in a bowl then add all the ingredients in it and mix well and make any kind of shape u like with them and keep aside.
4-Now take spread oil and heat it and place the tikkis on the pan and fry them in simmer until golden colour. Now its ready to serve hot as snack in the evening.
