Fish fry

Fish fry


Thilapia Fish- 1 medium size any fish u like(cut and cleaned)
Coriander leaves chopped accordingly
Salt- 1 tbsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
Fish masala- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Green chillis- 2 chopped
Curry leaves- 4 chopped
Lemon- 3 tbsp


1-First clean and cut the fish and keep aside .

2-Now in a bowl add all the ingredients accept fish and mix well. The masala paste must be thick if required add 2 drops of water.

3-Now add the fish and mix properly so the masala should stick well to every slice of fish.

4-Now marinate the fish for 15-20 min not more than that because we are adding lemon in it so the fish may turn into bitter.
5-Now fry the fish by spreading oil in a pan in medium flame and if possible close the lid until the fish cooks and then remove the lid and fry for a min so it comes out crispy.
Fish is in the process of cooking

6-At last spread lemon on it and serve hot it is really really yummy.
Finally its ready for garnishing.....
