corn seeds- 2 cups
Water- 3 cups
Ghee- 1/2 tbsp
Corn flour- 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper- 1/4 tbsp
Sugar- 1/4 tbsp
1-First take a blender add 1 1/2 cup of corn to it and make a fine paste by adding little water.
2-Now take a pan add ghee to it and add the corn paste and fry well until the raw smell disappears.
3-Now add 3 cups of water to it and add 1 clove and boil it until it creates bubbles. Now add the salt, pepper and sugar.
4-Now take a bowl add corn flour and water and add this mixture to the soup by stirring the soup continuously until it is little thick.
5-Now add the left over corn on the top before serving the soup.
This is the best starter soup very easy to prepare and also takes very less time.
