Puri with chicken curry

Ingredients:-

For puri:-

Wheat flour- 1 cup
Salt- a pinch
Sugar- a pinch
Oil required for deep fry
Water required



Procedure for puris:

1-Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt , sugar and a tbsp of oil  and mix it with the help of water into a dough. The dough should be hard so that the puri will swell.
2-Now divide the dough into small bolls in equal size and make puris in round shape and keep aside.

3-Now take a frying pan add enough oil for deep frying the puris heat the oil and fry the puris in medium flame so the puris will not burn.

4-Its ready to eat.



For chicken curry:-

Chicken - 1 lb/1/2 kg (cleaned and cut into pieces)
Onions- 2 chopped
Tomato- 1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
Green chillis- 2 sliced
Kasturi methi - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped
Masala powder- 1/2 tbsp (I am using home made) optional  chilli powder
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tbsp
Salt required
Curry  leaves- 5 count


Procedure for chicken curry:-

1-First clean the chicken and keep aside.
2-Now take frying pan add oil heat it then add green chillis, curry leaves and onions and fry them then add ginger garlic paste and fry.
3-Now add the tomatoes and fry for 3 more min then add salt, kasturi methi, masala powder, turmeric and mix well.
4-Add the chicken and fry for 5 min so the water from chicken comes out then add little water according to gravy you need and boil for 8 - 9 min close the lid and let cook in simmer.

5- At last garnish with coriander leaves and have with puri really it tastes good...and yummy....
