Mushroom Curry

This is an organic  mushroom. I brought this from h-mart in boston ma. It tastes really good. It is similar to the mushroom which we get in india.This recipe is very easy and also tastes good with rice and paratha.


Mush room - 1/2 lb
Onions- 2 chopped finely
Tomato- 1 chopped
Coriander leaves chopped
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Zeera powder- 1/2tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tbsp
Chilli powder- 1/4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
Green chillis- 3 sliced
Curry leaves- 5 count
Chicken masala- 1/2 tbsp
Oil required
Salt to taste


1-Take a pan add oil heat it add green chillis , curry leaves , onions  and fry well then add ginger garlic paste and fry until brown .

2-Now add the  chopped tomatoes and fry for a min then add chilli powder, salt, turmeric , coriander powder, zeera powder, and chicken masala and mix well.
3- Then add the cut mushroom and mix well. Fry for a min until the water from mushroom comes out.

4-Then add little water and cook for 5-6 min and garnish with coriander leaves.
