Rice cooked-2 cups
Mustard seeds-1 tbsp
Zeera -1 tbsp
Curry leaves- 4 -5 count
Green chillis-2 chopped
Chana dal- 1tbsp( chanaga pappu)
Urad dal- 2 tbsp (menapappu)
Red chillis- 2 pieces
Ginger - small pieces chopped finely
Turmeric- 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
1-Take a pan add oil then add mustard seeds, zeera , green chillis, red chillis, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves and ginger and fry well .
2-Now add turmeric and salt and mix well.
3-Now add the rice and mix well and let it cook for 3 min .Then off the stove and then add the lemon and serve hot.
Its easy and tasty.........
