Andhra Fish Pulusu in south indian style with tamarind juice

Ingredients:-

Fish-any one u like- 1
Tomatoes- 2 sliced
Tamarind juice- 1/2 cup
Onion-1 chopped into large pieces
Cumin seeds -1tbsp
Salt to taste
Dry red chilli- 3 if more spicy 2
Turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Sugar-1 tbsp
Oil required
Curry leaves- 5 count
Mustard seeds a pinch

Procedure:-

1-First clean the fish and keep aside. Now fry Zeera, red chilli and onions in a frying pan until it turns brown. 2-Now take some diced tomatoes, fried onion , chilli, zeera and make a fine paste now take a pan and add 1 spoon of oil and add curry leaves,mustard seeds, red chiili pieces and fry them.
3-Now add this fine paste and boil it properly till oil comes out and now add tamarind juice according to the quantity.
4-Add  salt to taste and also add sugar then after some time add fish and boil it it will cook with 5 to 6 min and u r fish pulusu is ready..try this u will definitely like this.....
